CIRCULAR STRATEGY ELECTROLUX CARE

Electrolux wanted to define a 2030 “Innovation North Star” for its business areas Care, Wellbeing and Taste. Within Care, the key challenge was to find a future role in clothing care that would benefit business, users (B2B & B2C) and the planet – moving beyond incremental product development towards a truly circular strategy.

CIRCULAR STRATEGY POLARBRÖD

Polarbröd, one of Sweden’s largest bakeries, had defined circular economy as a bold ambition in its new corporate compass. To act on this, the company needed a clear resource-focused baseline, a circular strategy, and a credible, business-oriented way to measure and follow up progress.

CITY OF GOTHENBURG –CIRCULAR ECONOMY AT A STRATEGIC LEVEL

Gothenburg had already developed strong climate and sustainability programs, including a circular strategy (2021–2030). The next step was to create an Industrial Urban Symbiosis (IUS) strategy with clear goals, KPIs, governance and an action plan – anchored across municipal companies, administrations, and with input from external stakeholders.
