GÅRDSFISK – SCALING A NEW FOOD SYSTEM
Gårdsfisk has developed an award-winning system that enables Swedish farmers to raise fish on land in a sustainable way. The species – African freshwater fish – were relatively unknown to Swedish consumers, creating a need for clear positioning, strong storytelling and a strategy to commercialize the products in a traditional food market.
APPROACH
We worked closely with Gårdsfisk’s leadership and marketing team to provide strategic guidance during their scale-up phase. Through workshops, concept development and packaging, we helped define a go-tomarket strategy and strengthen the brand. Our focus was to translate Gårdsfisk’s uncompromising mission – “to save the oceans” – into a brand identity and market presence that engages both retailers and consumers
RESULT
The work delivered a sharpened brand platform, a clear commercialization roadmap and concrete tools for communication. Gårdsfisk is now positioned as a pioneering player in sustainable aquaculture, building consumer trust while driving real impact for the future of food.
